Meditation and states like the Awakened Mind are powerful tools for working with the content of your inner world. By accessing deeper levels of consciousness, you can bring awareness to old patterns, resolve unhelpful thoughts, and encourage emotional healing.
For most people, connecting with the subconscious mind unlocks creativity and allows repressed material to surface and be processed naturally, often with little to no difficulty.

However, meditation (regular or EEG supported) may not be suitable for everyone without proper support.
If you have a history of epilepsy, heart conditions, stroke, serious mental health disorders, substance addiction, psychosis, trauma, dissociation, or major depression, it is essential to seek approval from a qualified medical doctor or psychotherapist before beginning meditation practices.

An experienced Awakened Mind Trainer can provide valuable support and guidance, but self-guided meditation could pose risks. In sensitive cases, deep alpha-theta meditation may cause an overwhelming release ("flooding") of repressed material.

If you experience intense emotions, difficult memories, or distress during or after meditation, we strongly recommend reaching out to an Awakened Mind Practitioner or a licensed therapist for immediate assistance.

Your safety and well-being always come first.
